Northbound, CA 1999
The
I-280 freeway runs from San Jose to San Francisco; parallel to the famous
US-101. But while the stretch from San Jose to San Francisco is 100% urban
on the US-101 (named Bayshore freeway), the I-280 (named Junipero Serra
freeway), becomes a beautiful scenic route from cupertino through San
Bruno. This picture was taken in the vicinity of Los Altos Hills; I can't
recall precisely. Hey! I had enough driving the car, holding the camera,
looking for a decent shot and watching for the traffic, to pay attention
to the road signs! |
